二胎  政  策是   中  国实  行 的一  种 计 划  生 育  政 策，指  全  面  实 施一 对夫妇可  生 育  两 个孩 子 政  策。

 

 

A "two-child policy" is a government-imposed limit of two children allowed per family or the payment of government subsidies only to the first two children. It is in effect in China.
